Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at MARIE SHOP. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
